Data is processed by the IBS team to direct the request to the appropriate area of intervention, respond to it and, with your agreement, keep you informed of the entity's activity.
IBS applies strict authorization levels and confidentiality procedures. Sensitive information relating to sites, equipment, procedures and institutional partners is neither published nor shared outside the applicable contractual framework.
Data is kept for as long as necessary to process the request, then archived or deleted in accordance with applicable regulations. The site is served over a secure connection (SSL) and is regularly backed up.
